about me
Raised on a healthy diet of dukes, cowboys, and millionaires, I've been fluent in happily ever afters since a young age.
I earned my B.F.A in Theatre (Original Work - Playwriting & Directing) from Cornish College of the Arts where my play, MiaBaby, showcased in the 2009 Original Works festival. However, the best part of undergrad was meeting Mr. Knightley, or as he was known back then, Cute Film History Boy.

Over the next decade I worked as an HR leader and theatre artist appearing at regional theaters (Intiman, Book-It Rep) and various Seattle tech companies.

My adult contemporary rom-com, The Hotfix, was selected for Author Mentor Match (R8) by Elle Cruz. I recently completed board service as the VP, Programs for Emerald City Romance Writers and served on the committee for the Emerald City Writer's Conference.
A proud pandemic graduate, I earned my M.B.A. with honors (top 10%) from Foster School of Business, University of Washington in 2021. I'm a stereotypical coffee connoisseur living in Seattle with Mr. Knightley and our two shitty kitties, Spud & Beepy.
I firmly believe all dresses need pockets, cake is better at breakfast, and the art of crafting a compliment is underrated.
